Our products are Nickel-free and Lead-free, the most common causes of skin allergies. Our 925 Sterling Silver base is one of the safest hypoallergenic materials available. While our materials pass strict quality tests, a very small percentage of people may react to specific metals. If a reaction occurs, please stop wearing the piece immediately and consult a doctor.

Gold Vermeil is a high-quality standard for demi-fine jewelry. It features a 925 Sterling Silver base plated with a thick layer of solid gold (at least 2.5 microns). This makes it significantly more durable than standard "flash-plated" fashion jewelry.

While 14K Solid Gold is waterproof, we recommend removing Gold Vermeil and Sterling Silver pieces before showering, swimming, or intense workouts. Avoiding contact with perfumes, lotions, and cleaning chemicals is essential to maintaining the luster of your jewelry.

We use Grade 5A Cubic Zirconia, which boasts exceptional hardness and brilliance. To keep them sparkling, avoid harsh chemicals and gently clean the stones with the provided polishing cloth.

Each piece is placed in our signature luxury jewelry box and includes a polishing cloth and care card. To be eco-friendly, multiple items in one order may be placed in a single box; please leave a note at checkout if you need them packaged separately.

Absolutely. You can select the "Gift Option" at checkout and leave a message (max 30 words). We will hand-write your message on a gift card. Our packages do not include price tags, making them perfect for direct gifting.

Yes, we provide a 1-year manufacturing warranty on all products. For Sterling Silver/Vermeil pieces, we offer #a free replacement if significant non-accidental fading occurs within 6 months. For 14K Solid Gold, the warranty is extended to 2 years.

We offer a 30-day exchange service. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging with tags attached, and in resalable condition.
