Manuela offers free shipping on orders above varying thresholds. This threshold depends on the country the order is shipped to. Any applicable shipping costs will be added at checkout. Delivery times differ by country and by the shipping method selected. Delivery times displayed on the website are an estimate and we do our very best to achieve these, but actual performance may differ depending on conditions which are out of the control of Manuela.
Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mis-typed address)—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
