Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mis-typed address)—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.

- Hong Kong Local Offer: Hong Kong local orders with a discounted total over 500 HKD qualify for free shipping.
- Standard Shipping Fees:• Hong Kong local orders under the threshold: Fixed shipping fee of 38 HKD.• International orders under the threshold: Fixed shipping fee of 125 HKD / 16 USD. Final shipping cost will be shown at checkout based on your delivery location.
